Gregory Edward Allen, age 71, died January 19, 2017 at Northcare Hospice House in Kansas City, Mo.
Greg was born on October 3, 1945 in Kansas City, Mo. He retired from North Fork Southern Railroad after 41 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cloyde and Betty Lierman Allen, and his loving wife, Cheryl Sue Grass Allen.
He is survived by his three sons, Brian R. Allen, Michael E. Allen and Scott Gregory Allen; stepchildren, Lora Carter Worthan and Michael, Staci Carter Shockley and Jim, and Donnie Carter and Theresa; sisters, Candance Turner and Becky Roland; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Memorial Gathering will be at his home on Saturday, January, 28, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Arrangements are through Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.

I have not seen Greg in several years but I have lots of childhood memories around old Lynch grade school and at Mo. City! Really sorry to hear about Greg passing away and just want to send my condolences to the family, especially Candy and Becky.
