William M. Richey, 76, Holt, Mo., passed away on February 21, 2017. He is the son of William A. Richey and Laura Catherine Richey.
William was a farmer, a Real Estate Broker/owner, a Land Developer/owner and a Real Estate Construction Company/owner in the greater Kansas City, Holt, Kearney and Smithville areas for many, many years.
He was always there for his family and anyone else who was in need.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Richey; children, Laura Richey, Cheryl Richey and Jeffery Richey; five grandchildren, Amanda Struck, Cody Struck, Jessica Richey, Jennifer Richey and Julie Richey; and two great grandchildren, Anna and Chase; and three sisters, Dorothy Massey, Maurine Ireland, and Lydia Robeson.
You can never be replaced and we will all miss you!
