Ronald “Ron” Parker, 82, of Kearney, MO, passed away November 10, 2017. He was born April 8, 1935 in Lawson, MO, to Jewell and Virginia Pate Parker. He worked most of his life in the car and truck industry. Ron was full of wit and humor. He always had a funny saying to fit any occasion. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He married Betty L. Sharp on August 16, 1952. They were married 48 years.
Ron is survived by two wonderful daughters, Rona Arnell Anderson and husband, Tom of Kearney, MO, and Rena Alison Brademeyer and husband, Jerry of Ridgedale, MO; sister, Mary Kennell of Panama City, FL; three grandsons and one one granddaughter; nine great grandchildren and companion, Carolyn Perry of Tupelo, MS; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Betty, his parents, two brothers and seven sisters.
Cremation. Private services at a later date.
