Deloris “Ellie” Bockoven, 93, Kearney, Mo., passed away January 4, 2018. Ellie was born March 23, 1924 to Allen and Ollie Grimmett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Damon; and seven brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Milton Bockoven; daughter, Laraine Bias of Kearney, Mo.; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney, Mo. Graveside service will be 9 a.m., Friday, January 12, 2018 at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kans.
