Richard “Keith” Dale

Richard “Keith” Dale passed away on May 27, 2018 at his home in Kearney, Mo.  He was born on August 26, 1965, in Excelsior Springs, Mo. He attended Ft. Osage schools and graduated in 1983.  Keith had lived in Kearney and Liberty, Mo., the last 20 years.

Keith will be sadly missed by many, but most of all by his beloved sister and brother-in-law, Toni and Terry Glunt, who were his very best friends.

Also surviving are his parents, Richard and Mary Dale of Napoleon, Mo., and Wanda and Jim Dusek of Kearney, Mo.; sister, Stacey (Rob) Massey of Elgin, Ill.; and two brothers, Jeff (Megan) Dusek of Kansas City, Mo., and Kevin (Devin) Dusek of Excelsior Springs, Mo. He will also be missed by his many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Keith liked woodworking. He gifted many people with presents he had made. They will have them for many years. He, also, was a wheeler-dealer.  If you needed something, he probably had it and would trade you something for it.

A celebration of life will be held at his home, 21403 Jesse James Farm Rd., Kearney, MO 64060 on June 24, 2018, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Our Sincere Condolences

Keith and I spent a lot of time together in junior high and high school. He was always a good friend and a good person who has left me with many great memories.

Keith is an individual who never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Those who cared for and loved Keith have a broken heart due to his passing. Most people didn’t have the perfect gift of knowing Keith Dale, but for those who truly got to know the real man on a personal  level, we’re the ones truly blessed.

Keith was one of the best guys I was lucky to meet and have as a friend…and good looking and had a sense of humor that wouldn’t quit. I know he will be greatly missed…
