Betty Joyce Rash, 75, Lawson, Mo., passed away on August 3, 2018.
Betty was born December 18, 1942 to Lester J.D. and Lorene Rodgers in Earle, Arkansas. She married Freddie Gene Rash on April 7, 1962. Betty was a member of the Lawson Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and cooking. Betty worked as a machine operator for Precise Manufacturing before retiring.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lisa Gail Rash; sister, Clara Sue Smith; brothers, Kenneth J.D. Rodgers, Donnie Rodgers and Terry Rodgers.
She is survived by her husband, Freddie of the home; daughter, Terry and husband, Allen Bradberry; daughter, Susan Blake; son, Paul and wife, Dustie Rash; daughter, Rhonda and husband, John Andrae; sister, Linda Lou Howard; brother, Floyd (Sandra) Rodgers; brother, Larry Joe (Carol) Rodgers; eight grandchildren, Joe (Rachel) Benfer, Danielle (Micah) Dennis, LA Bradberry, Alexandria Burns (Alex Carter), Brittany Horn, Jonathan (Samantha) Horn, Anthony Rash, and Gabriel Rash; and six great grandchildren, Cole Whittle, Isabella Whittle, Lyla Chrisonberry, Melody Horn, Eden Benfer, Link Carter.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Bross & Spidle Lawson Chapel, 214 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Monday, August 6, 2018 at Lawson Baptist Church, 18603 N. Hwy 69, Lawson, Mo., with burial following at Lawson Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Lawson Baptist Church for mission trips.
