Jake Whitmire, 42, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away June 25, 2019 at a family home.
Mr. Whitmire was born March 3, 1977 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. His interests were fishing, music, concerts, his pets, and his family time.
Jake is preceded in death by mother, Linda Nelson, and father, Robert Whitmire.
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia of 21 years; children, Ashleigh, Devin, Nathan, and Katelyn Whitmire; and aunt and uncle, Jim and Wyanda Talley.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2019 at Bross and Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, Mo. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., prior to services at the funeral home.
