Lonnie Eugene Heavelow, 72, of Rayville, Mo., passed away August 26, 2019 at North Kansas City Hospital from cancer.
Lonnie was born to William Heavelow and Goldie (Scobee) Heavelow on January 10, 1947 in Kansas City, Mo.
Lonnie was a Vietnam veteran and was a member of the Elks Lodge. He worked at Ford Motor Company and he enjoyed spending time outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Larry Heavelow.
He is survived by his, wife, Janet (Ivy) Heavelow; daughter, Wendy and husband, John Greathouse; and daughter, Tammy Heavelow. He leaves behind four grandchildren, Bailey, Matthew, Madelynn, Taylor and his wife, Kely; six great grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation.
