Noe Madison Hale, 20, Rayville, Mo., born February 5, 1999, passed away on November 5, 2019 in Clay County, Mo.

He is survived by adopted son, Rolley Hale; mother, Jenn Reasoner; father, Joseph Hale; sister, Caitlyn Reasoner; brothers, Mason Shearer and Jason Hale; grandparents, Jeff and Becky Neth; grandparents, Kirk and Jodie Hale; and great grandfather, Kenneth Neth.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge, 14305 State Y Highway, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024
