Elizabeth Ann Biggs, 22, Independence, MO, passed away Monday, March 2, 2020.
Elizabeth was born on December 26, 1997 in Kirksville, MO. Elizabeth was a loving and vibrant woman that loved to laugh and make people laugh.
She is survived by her three beautiful children; mother, Carmen Foster; father, Christopher Biggs; sister, Alexis Biggs; brother, Travis Aaron Foster II; grandparents, Don and Shari Eggley, Connie and Mike Montagna, Patricia English, and Christopher Biggs; great grandma, Betty Cazzell; and two very important and influential men in her life, Travis A. Foster and Christopher Jeong; and her large extended family and all of her amazing friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2020, with memorial service following at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, 217 West Broadway, Excelsior Springs, MO.
