James Wesley Lowe, 78, Kearney, MO, passed away April 22, 2020.
Jim was born April 2, 1942 to Fred and Lorene (Browning) Lowe. He married Leona Zollman on April 20, 1963. Jim loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and attending their activities. He also enjoyed riding his tractor, camping, watching old westerns and country music. He was a member of Kearney First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant daughters, Leanne and Lora Lowe.
He is survived by sons, Steve (Cathy), Ron (Shannon) and Jeff (Julie) Lowe; daughter, Jamie (Nick) Richards; 10 grandchildren; sister, Martha Rawlings (Richard); and brother, Charlie Mitchell (Brenda).
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the Kearney First Baptist Church Deacon’s fund.
