Bobbie was one of the greatest men I have ever had the privilege to know. He was one of the first to make you welcome at his church and always had a story or joke to tell. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Our prayers to his wife Geneva and the rest of his family.

My heartfelt Condolences to Geneva and the entire family. No women could have wished for a more loving, gentle hearted Father-in-Law than I had in Bob. When my father passed 16 yrs ago he gave me the comfort of the absence of my own Father. He NEVER had a bad word of anyone. RIP… Now your in presence with your brothers Edwin & Earlwood I am sure something that left you hollow for the last few years!
To the family… I Love you ALL.
My thoughts and prayers with you during this adjustment as the Family sheep has left his flock and gone before the Lord.
My Deepest sympathy, Angie Shelton

I grew up in the Shelton household always going to Bobbi and Geneva’s house for school functions and Halloween parties and the kids were are at our house and my mom babysit Bobbi’s grandkids. I love that family like they were my own family and I will surely miss Bobbi smile and jokes.

Larry and I have been neighbors to Bob and Geneva since !973…the year we moved into our home. We always told each other we couldn’t have better neighbors! We will miss Bob’s concern for his yard, our yard, and for our trees which were shedding something each season. We joked, for years, about how our trees were so good about sharing. There’s lots of things we will miss about Bob, but most of all he was a good friend and neighbor. We wish the family all the best with the decisions coming.
