On January 3, 2021, William Lee Neal passed away at the age of 69 years old at North Kansas City Hospital after a 3 week battle with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, brought on by COVID-19.
William was born on July 15, 1951, in Brookfield, Missouri, eventually deciding to live in Lawson, Missouri, with his wife, Mitzy Katzenberger-Neal and their son, Dominic.
He was a simple, hardworking man who loved his family and had a soft spot for animals. He liked western films and his wife’s cooking, especially.
William was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Neal; and brother, Richard Douglas Neal.
He is survived by his wife, Mitzy; their son, Dominic; his stepdaughter, Venessa Wooten; his mother, Roselee Neal; and his son and daughters from a previous marriage, Stacy, Robin Brancato, and Steven Neal; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Cremation with no services at this time.

Even tho Bill Neal wasn’t my real dad, he helped me as tho he was since I was 12 yrs old…It’s been really hard to believe that your gone. You’re in the arms of angels now with God and God is good. Thank you for being my dad!
