Linda S. Ledford, 73, Excelsior Springs, MO, passed away September 12, 2021.
Born in Geneva, Illinois, August 5, 1948 to parents, Robert and Ruby Groves. Linda married Tom Ledford on November 23, 1974. They were greatly blessed by God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruby Groves, as well as my younger brother, Stanley Groves.
Survivors include older brother, Oral Groves and his son, Steven, and granddaughter, Emily.
Services will be held at Clay County Christian Church on September 18, 2021 with Terry Rhoads officiating.

So sad to see this. Tom and Linda were my neighbors in Excelsior Springs. They would come over on weekends and we would play board games and cards and visit. They watched over me ensuring I was okay. I took care of their cats when they went on vacation. Very good people and caring nice couple. Rest in peace both of you.
