Hazel J. Kelsey-Clark, 94, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away October 2, 2021.
Hazel was born April 1, 1927, in Walnut, Kansas, to parents Stella and Milburn Kelsey. Hazel was one of eight children.
She enjoyed her flower gardens, nature, studying geology, and dinosaurs.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jay Clark.
She is survived by her four children, Jean Walter (Jim), of Reelsville, Indiana, Opal Fields, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Andrew Clark (Sally), of Cloverdale, Indiana, and Velvet Clark, of Belgrade, Montana; seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
