Alice Belle Brazda

Alice Belle BrazdaAlice Belle Brazda, 96, entered Heaven’s gates on January 23, 2022 at Ray County Hospital.

Alice was born on June 21, 1925 to Vergial and Graydon Cummins in La Plata, Missouri.  Alice trusted in Jesus as her Savior when she was 9 years old and He kept her in His care all of her life. She was a member of Rayville Christian Union Church.  During her life she worked at Linda Lane Garmet Co., Lake City and managed motels.  Alice was born with a creative gift – she loved to sew, crochet, make crafts and cards.  She enjoyed giving her creations to show her love to family and friends.  When Alice began to lose her vision, she greatly enjoyed Dr. David Jeremiah.  And she was a great fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Alice is survived by her children, Raymond/Sherry Allen, Dennis Davidson and Jan Davidson; grandchildren, Lorie, Leigh, James, Jeff, Shelley, Brandon, Stephanie, Alison and Jenny. She was blessed with 16 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.

Alice was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Clifford and Raymond Cummins; husbands, Willard James Allen, Bill Davidson and Trev Brazda.

A celebration of Alice’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Rayville Christian Union Church, burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the church.

Arrangements in care of Bross and Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.
