Phoebe “Ann” Woods, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022, with her sister, children and grandchildren by her side. Phoebe was 87 years young. She was born October 6,1934 in Leavenworth, Kans., to Jess Barnett Sr. and Flora Kubicki.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two sisters, and her husband, Lloyd.
She is survived by one sister, Sandra Hilsabeck; son, David Ballard; daughter, Ella Ann Phillips; son, Lloyd Woods Jr.; daughter, Rhonda Vosika; daughter, Loretta Stewart; 10 grandkids, 18 great grandkids and five grand puppies.
There will be a private graveside blessing with immediate family only.
