Andrea Leigh Akers, 58, of Richmond, MO, passed away July 14, 2023 at home.
Andrea most recently worked on the railroad, she spent many years as a PCT for Dialysis.
Andrea was a graduate of Blue Springs High School and lived in Sweet Springs, MO, most of her life.
Andrea was preceded in death by her father, Larry Payne, and an aunt, Arlene Ramirez.
Survivors include her mom, Glenda Wade; two sisters, Alisa Vincent and Aniesje Duncan; three sons, Alex Schroeder (wife Rachel), Andrew Schroeder (wife Danielle), and Aaron Schroeder (wife Hayley); 10 grandchildren, Braden Butts, Baylee Butts, Bryce Butts, Samantha Butts, Makenzie Schroeder, Riley Schroeder, Archer Schroeder, Bentley Schroeder, Heidi Schroeder, and Addison Schroeder.
Andrea loved being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren, she was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. July 22, 2023 at Stella’s Richmond, MO.
Andrea was born November 27, 1964 in Okinawa, Japan.
