Rick was a proud grandfather to Chase, McKenzie, Kayla, Noah, Piper, Maliyah, Taye and Brooks, along with his great grandchildren, Titus, Aspen and Naomi. Rick is also survived by his sister, Nancy McGraw (LeBeau). He cherished every moment spent with them. His love, wisdom and kindness will forever be remembered and cherished.

Our Sincere Condolences

Rick and I knew each other as children. Then we worked together at United Telephone System in Monticello, IN. for several years and became good friends. You could count on Rick for anything and he’d be there. The man could build or fix anything or just come up with a way to do something in his mind. It was a marvel and I admired him for the way he could do all kinds of things. He was nice and friendly and witty and just fun to be around and we had a lot of fun together. Our families would occasionally get together and we enjoyed each others company. Both of us moved to the Kansas City metro area albeit different areas. It has been many years since we all hung together but I would think of Rick from time to time. He will be missed.
