It is with great sadness that the family of Desiree Ann Bowman announces her passing on July 26, 2024.
She was born to parents Barbara June and Milton Lee Bloom in Saint Joseph, MO, where she spent her childhood and graduated from high school.
She spent most of her adult life living in or near Liberty, MO, and most recently in Plattsburg, MO, with her daughters and their families.
Desiree had a beloved dog, Maggie, was enthusiastic about horses and spent many years riding. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time outside in the country.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Maud Pettis and James and Regina Bloom; parents, Milton Lee Bloom and Barbara June Burris; and siblings, Milton Bloom and Cammie Yazdani.
She will be missed by her family and friends, leaving behind daughters, Amanda Jo (Jason Earle) and Aubrey Ann (Roderic Berry); eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Her body was cremated under the direction of Fry-Bross-Spidle Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Kearney.
