Lola Grace Arnold

Lola Grace Hale Arnold, 91, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away August 19, 2024. She was born December 20, 1932, to Archie Loren and Sadie Viola Hale. She graduated from Excelsior Springs High School in 1950. Lola Grace married Robert Earl Arnold on February 1, 1951. She was a homemaker and cleaned houses for over 60 years. Lola was a longtime member of Pisgah Baptist Church, where she always enjoyed working in the kitchen.

She is survived by her four sons, Rodney (Theresa) Arnold, Roy Arnold, both of Excelsior Springs, Paul Douglas Arnold, of Richmond, Missouri, and Joe (Pam) Arnold, of Kansas City, Missouri; son-in-law, Philip Brown, of Ottumwa, Iowa; and 16 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Earl Arnold; daughter, Brenda Kay Brown; daughter-in-law, Donna Casner Arnold; grandson, Jonathan Brown; great grandson, Jack McRorey; sister, Ruby Colvin; brother, Henry (Bob) Hale, Carl Hale, and Dorsey Bert Hale.

A visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Pisgah Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024, at Pisgah Baptist Church with burial to follow at Pisgah Cemetery.
