Kenneth Le Roy Catron, 84, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away peacefully at home on September 3, 2024 surrounded by his love ones. Kenny was born November 29, 1939 in Dayton, Mo., to Frank Catron and Mary Wiley.
Kenny was a Union Millwright and retired from Automatic Systems in 1997. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, going to the lake, spending time with his wife of 64 years, his kids and grandchildren.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; sister; daughter, Jennifer Turner; and grandson, Chas Cone.
Kenny was survived by his wife Judy of 64 years; and three daughters, Christine (Dave) Harrison of Kearney, Kenneta (Jim) Grisham of Excelsior Springs, and Melissa Cone of Excelsior Springs; seven grandchildren, Terry Schreier, Loreli Sullivan, Kayla Schreier, Ryan (Dawn) Godsey, Katelyn (Brandon) Smart, Cari (Quentin) Hackley, and Morgan Cone; and many great grandchildren.
Kenny will be greatly missed and there will be a celebration of life for him at the Excelsior Springs Elks Lodge on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 3:30 p.m.
