Robert “Bob” Charles Schneikart, Liberty, MO, left this Earth to be with his Lord and Savior on October 17, 2024.
Bob was born March 16, 1935 at Trinity Hospital in Kansas City, MO, to Henry and Mary Joella (Pusch) Schneikart.
He grew up in Kansas City, KS, attending Our Savior Lutheran School and graduating from Rosedale High School, class of 1953.
On May 21, 1966, he married Linda Carol (Janes) in Kansas City, KS.
Bob worked for 50 years as a repairman for KC Trunk. He then spent 9 years as a delivery driver for O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Bob was an avid Royals and Chiefs fan. He owned numerous hot rods, enjoyed tuning on engines and watching drag racing. He was also a diehard Chevrolet enthusiast. Throughout his life, he owned only Chevrolet vehicles. He loved his morning coffee and evening sweets.
Bob is survived by his wife, Linda, of the home; daughter, Lynda Cromwell, Gainesville, GA; two sons, Robert Jr. (fiancee Cheryl), Excelsior Springs, MO, and Daniel Lee (Kelly), Liberty, MO; six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Scott; and granddaughter, Nicole Moss.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, October 22, 2024, followed by funeral services at Fry-Bross and Spidle Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 208 S. Jefferson Street, Kearney, MO; internment at Greenlawn Cemetery, Plattsburg, MO.
