Reilly Burton Blank passed away March 28, 2025, in Kearney, Missouri. Born on October 3, 1997, in Liberty, Missouri, Reilly lived a life that left a lasting impression on those who knew him.

A 2015 graduate of Kearney High School, Reilly was a proud member of the school’s state champion football team that same year. Following graduation, he began working for Ford Motor Company and became a dedicated member of UAW Local 249.

Reilly was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and grandson. His presence brought joy to his family and to all who shared in his life. Remembered for his levity and deep compassion, he touched many lives with his kindness and warmth.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Ashenfelter and grandparents, Richard and Frances Blank.

He is survived by his parents, Tim and Bobbie; brother, Dylan and wife Krista; nephews, Jaden, Kallen, and baby Koehn; grandfather, Michael Ashenfelter; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A visitation will be held at Church of the Annunciation in Kearney, Missouri on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service. Reilly will be laid to rest at Resurrection North Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri. A celebration of life/memorial gathering will be held following graveside services at Paul and Jack’s Tavern, 1808 Clay St., North Kansas City, MO 64116.

In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Children’s Mercy Hospital honoring Henson’s Heroes at 2401 Gilliam Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64108.

May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who grieve his loss.
