Amy Rachel Sloan, 48, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 in Liberty, Mo.
Amy was born February 19, 1977, in Excelsior Springs, Mo., to David Harold and Sharman Mae (Bales) Sloan. She was a lifelong area resident and attended school in Excelsior Springs. Amy was also one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Amy is survived by her mother and father, Sharman and David Sloan, Excelsior Springs, Mo.; daughter, Jasmyn Sloan, and son, Sebastian Ross, both of Excelsior Springs, Mo.; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Williams; her brother, Sean Sloan, Excelsior Springs, Mo.; paternal grandparents, Betty and Harold Sloan, Excelsior Springs, Mo.; and her maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Rufus Bales, Marshall, Mo.
Memorial Services are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, 217 W. Broadway, Excelsior Springs, Mo.
