Robert “Bob” F. Smith

July 14, 1954 – July 17, 2026

Robert “Bob” F. Smith, 72, of Lawson, MO, passed away July 17, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.

Bob was born on July 14, 1954, in California.

On August 9, 1975, Bob married Teresa Graham. They shared 50 years of marriage and were blessed with two children, Shauna Foster and Lucas Smith.

Bob attended high school at Winnetonka. After high school, Bob joined the United States Air Force.

In 1977, Bob started working at Ford Motor Company where he later retired.

Bob enjoyed playing golf, mushroom hunting, the outdoors, and tinkering in his garage. Most of all, Bob enjoyed spending time with his five Grandkids.

Bob was proceeded in death by his mother, Judith Frazier; father-in-law, Gordon Graham; and his mother-in-law, Sarah Graham.

Bob is survived by his wife of 50 years, Terri Smith; daughter, Shauna Foster (Rick) of Excelsior Springs; son, Luke Smith (Jennifer) of Orrick; five grandkids, Laci Smith, Shayla Foster, Logan Smith, Landon Smith, and Clara Foster; and his brother, Winston Smith (Meta).

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 8, 2026, at Lawson Community Center from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
