Bockoven, of Kearney, Mo., passed away November 25, 2021. He was born in Central City, Neb., on May 22,1922.<\/p>\n<p>He served in the United States Army for 22 years, retiring in 1961.\u00a0 Spending time with his family was his greatest joy in life.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellie, and his son, Damon.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his daughter, Laraine; daughter-in-law Pam (husband Audie); grandchildren, Jennifer Trout (husband Andy), Joshua Bias, Leslie Foster (husband Paul), and Brian Bockoven; and several great grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements in care of Fry-Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pdfprnt-buttons pdfprnt-buttons-post pdfprnt-bottom-right\"><a href=\"https:\/\/brossspidlemonuments.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/10049?print=print\" class=\"pdfprnt-button pdfprnt-button-print\" target=\"_blank\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/brossspidlemonuments.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/pdf-print\/images\/print.png\" alt=\"image_print\" title=\"Print Content\" \/><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Milton E.
