\"KathrynKathryn Elaine Quesenberry, 73, of Lawson, MO, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022 in her home.\u00a0 She was born December 14, 1948 in Kansas City and raised just outside Glasgow, MO, on her parent\u2019s farm with her five siblings.\u00a0 She was a jack of all trades working the farm, as a police officer in Booneville, and a secretary at the Glasgow School District.\u00a0 She worked at the Elms Hotel and Spa, and retired from Harley-Davidson \u201cFinal Assembly\u201d Plant in July of 2015.\u00a0 After retirement she enjoyed spending time in her yard taking care of her flowers, feeding and watching the birds and spending time with her little dog, Samson.\u00a0 She always enjoyed reading and crafting as well.<\/p>\n

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Edward James Sickman; mother, Julianne Glosemeyer; brothers, Timothy Ray Sickman, John Albert Sickman, and Ralph Edward Sickman.<\/p>\n

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Suzanne Donahoe; \u201cThe Boys\u201d Christopher (Jessica) Lyle Quesenberry and Nicholas Ryan Quesenberry; four grandchildren, Ocean Attebery, Maxamilian Donahoe, Jaxon and Alaynna Quesenberry; her two sisters, Patricia Ann (Richard) Strodtman and Joyce Marie Arter; and numerous nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n

A Celebration of Life will be held at Bross and Spidle Funeral Home in Lawson, MO, Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.\u00a0 Please join us for a meal in the Lawson United Methodist Church immediately following where we can visit and share stories.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations could be made to Folds of Honor or the Lawson United Methodist Church.<\/p>\n

We just want to tell each of you that we are so sorry about Kathy’s passing. Kathy and I had just connected at Billy’s funeral and I was so happy. We never know when the last time will be. You would think I would be used to that and take time with those I hold close to my heart but life takes hold and time fades away. So sorry for your loss!
