Duncan on November 16, 1955.\u00a0 He preceded her in death on August 28, 1995.\u00a0 They were happily married for 39 years.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include son, Bradley Duncan of Excelsior Springs; daughters, Nancy McKinney (Paul) of Excelsior Springs and Lori Schwartz (Brad) of Lenexa, KS; brother, Billy Robinson (Janice) of Orrick; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.<\/p>\n<p>Donna was raised and educated in the area of her birth and graduated in 1953 from Richmond High School.\u00a0 In addition to being a housewife she worked for several years as a proofreader at <em>The Daily Standard<\/em>.\u00a0 Much of her working career (35 years) was spent working for a local chiropractic office.\u00a0 She retired from her position in 2020 at the young age of 85.\u00a0 Donna was a member of Excelsior Springs Baptist Church, where she was active member of her Sunday school class. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.\u00a0 Donna had a giving heart and was always willing to help those in need.\u00a0 She spent time with the ladies at church with Samaritan Purse boxes and giving to causes she believed in such as Disabled American Veterans.<\/p>\n<p>Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. followed by the funeral services at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023, at Excelsior Springs Baptist Church.<\/p>\n<p>The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Excelsior Springs Baptist Church to use for the Samaritan\u2019s Purse Shoebox Project, 1500 Rosalea Street, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements in care of Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative; padding-top: calc(min(56.25%,576px) + 42px); max-width: 1024px; margin: 0 auto;\"><iframe class=\"ts_player\" style=\"border: none; position: absolute; left: 0; top: 0; height: 100%; width: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tributeslides.com\/videos\/embedded_video\/38MFRQTTWYY6KJZX\" width=\"512\" height=\"330\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: #efdbd9; padding: 1em;\">\n<h5>Our Sincere Condolences<\/h5>\n<p>Our deepest condolences to Bradley, Nancy &amp; Lori.
