Austin Haley Carpenter, born September 13, 1991, passed away with his family by his side on Saturday, October 12, 2024.<\/p>\n

Austin graduated from Excelsior Springs High School in Missouri. He was a fun-loving, patriotic individual who never met a stranger. A proud uncle, he loved his family deeply.<\/p>\n

He was a dedicated member of UAW Local 249, working for Ford Motor Company, and was also an active member of the Elks Lodge in Excelsior Springs, MO.<\/p>\n

Austin loved his dog, Coco, who brought him much joy. His mother\u2019s battle with breast cancer ignited a passion for supporting breast cancer awareness, a cause he held close to his heart.<\/p>\n

He often wore the Star of David, which represented hope to him.<\/p>\n

Austin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Cecil Ray Carpenter; his grandfather, Edward Lewis Edmunds; his grandmother, Sandra Edmunds; and his mother, Deborah Leann Carpenter.<\/p>\n

He is survived by his father, Randy Carpenter; his siblings, Chris Carpenter, Misty Carpenter-Brash, David Carpenter, Andrew Carpenter, and Aaron Carpenter; niece, Lucianna Carpenter; and his beloved Granny, Joyce Carpenter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.<\/p>\n

A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Monday, October 21, 2024 with services following at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, 217 W. Broadway, Excelsior Springs, MO. Burial at Crown Hill Cemetery, Excelsior Springs, MO.<\/p>\n
