\"Wanda<\/p>\n

Wanda Meritt, 88, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, went to be with her Lord April 13, 2025, surrounded by her family at Aspire Nursing Home.<\/p>\n

Born October 28, 1936, in Rayville, Missouri, Wanda was the daughter of Farrell and Imogene Adams.<\/p>\n

She graduated from Excelsior Springs with the class of 1954.<\/p>\n

In 1955, she met her true love, Paul Meritt and was married on February 25 the same year.<\/p>\n

Wanda enjoyed crocheting and giving to others, especially when they were in need.<\/p>\n

She worked for several years as a cook for the Excelsior Springs School District.<\/p>\n

She was preceded in death by her parents, Farrell and Imogene.<\/p>\n

She is survived by her husband, Paul; son, Paul Michael; daughters, Debbie and Deidra; sister, Wanetta (Gary) Clevenger; uncle, Arlo Hartman; and many nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n

Visitation will be from 1 to 2:00 p.m. with a service to follow on April 16, 2025, at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson\u2019s Foundation.<\/p>\n

Arrangements are in care of Bross & Spidle, Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n
