In Loving Memory of Betty Dowell<\/strong>
\nJuly 6, 1932 \u2013 July 23, 2025<\/em><\/p>\n

Betty Dowell, 93, formerly Elizabeth Rosalie Kochanowski, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2025, at Saint Luke’s Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri.<\/p>\n

Betty was a devoted and loving mother and pastor’s wife who dedicated her life to caring for her family. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support will be deeply missed.<\/p>\n

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Bean and Tamara Hulett; her son, Frank Dowell; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m., at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home located at 217 W. Broadway Ave., in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.<\/p>\n
