\"JakeJake Whitmire, 42, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away June 25, 2019 at a family home.<\/p>\n

Mr. Whitmire was born March 3, 1977 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. His interests were fishing, music, concerts, his pets, and his family time.<\/p>\n

Jake is preceded in death by mother, Linda Nelson, and father, Robert Whitmire.<\/p>\n

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia of 21 years; children, Ashleigh, Devin, Nathan, and Katelyn Whitmire; and aunt and uncle, Jim and Wyanda Talley.<\/p>\n

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2019 at Bross and Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, Mo. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., prior to services at the funeral home.<\/p>\n
