He was the oldest of two sons born to Dale and Joyce Stewart. His brother, Troy Dean preceded him in death on March 4, 1984.<\/p>\n<p>Eric is survived by his parents; wife, Marbella; son, Ethan (Erica); daughter, Megan; stepson, Maxwell; and many friends and extended family members.<\/p>\n<p>Eric enjoyed spending time with his family and going to concerts with friends.<\/p>\n<p>After graduating from Lawson High School in 1981 he went to work at RC Cola. He also worked at KC Cold Storage, Eastern Airlines-KC.\u00a0 He then moved to St. Louis and worked at TWA while going to school at ITT.\u00a0 He then moved to Florida, graduated from ITT and worked for Miss. Amy &amp; Motorola.\u00a0 He moved back to Missouri and went to work at Taystee.\u00a0 Eric and his father started Stewart Enterprises and have been working together for over 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>Eric was a member of Boy Scouts and received his Eagle Scout Award in 1981. He was also a member of Lawson Masonic Lodge # 393.<\/p>\n<p>A visitation will be held Friday, September 27, 2019 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home Lawson Chapel, 214 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Lawson, Mo., with memorial service at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, September 29, 2019, at Lawson United Christian and Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to the Eric Stewart Memorial Fund.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #efdbd9; padding: 1em;\">\n<h5>Our Sincere Condolences<\/h5>\n<p>My heartfelt condolences to Dale &amp; Joyce, Ethan and Meghan. Eric will always hold a special place in my heart and many memories. Days of running around thru High School and continued there after! Too many too mention and too many too I don&#8217;t want TO forget! What a SWEET person Eric.. just wished we had ONE MORE conversation!.. Until WE meet Again&#8230; RIP.. We just read a notice in the Lawson Review and are in shock. He was a good friend and a great guy that will be missed by everyone that knew him.
