She was the seventh of ten children. She was raised in Excelsior Springs, Mo., and worked at National Bellas Hess, Guy&#8217;s Foods and Hallmark Cards, retiring from Hallmark. She passed March 17, 2020 in Riverside Nursing and Rehab after a long battle with Alzheimer&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Carol always loved taking care of her children, being with family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>Her laughter and love will be sadly missed by all.<\/p>\n<p>She is preceded\u00a0in death by her parents; sisters, Geneva Christensen, Phyllis Green, and Wilma Craven; brothers,\u00a0 Vincent &#8220;Bud&#8221; Green, Dennis Green, and Darnell &#8220;Dutch&#8221; Green; and her baby granddaughter, Angela Dawn Asberry.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by her sisters, Jenice Wollard and Ellen Smith; and one brother, Wayne Green.<\/p>\n<p>On January 25, 1953, she married Glen Hardison.\u00a0 They had five children, all survive: Joyce Ellebracht and Charles, Judith &#8220;Judy&#8221; Domann and Max, Anita Wills, Cynthia &#8220;Cindy&#8221; and Bill Putman, Robert &#8220;Bob&#8221; Hardison and Debra; grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Nathan Ellebracht and wife Ruth, children Charlotte and Clark; Lory Fehlig and husband Edward, daughter Marianne; Mark Ellebracht; Jason Hardison and wife Sarah, son Jonah; Danny Domann and wife Brittany, children Miles and Evie; Chad Domann and wife Sara, children Brett and Jacob; Jeremy Domann and wife Julie, children Alex, Nick, Brynn, Avery and Mayson; Brandy Hudson and husband Stan, children Paige, Harlie and Michael; Paige and Caleb, Benjamin, James and Wesley; Lesley Stewart and husband Matt, children Taylor and Brianna; Lindsey Dabney and husband Doug, children Kaylum and Hendryk; Sarah Garrett; David Garrett, sons Levi and Calvin; Matthew Garrett; Austin Hardison; Luz Sagrero; as well as many nieces , nephews, friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a celebration of her life at a later date. I remember how she was always kind to co-workers and helping out if she could. She listened and shared stories and we would all have a good laugh. She is a precious person that will be missed especially by her family.
