Alice Butler
Alice Marie Butler, 84, died Monday, Aug. 9, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, William C. Butler Jr., in 2001. She is survived by son, Edward L. Butler (Yoshiko) of Alexandria, Va.; daughters, Cheryl B. Long (John) of Independence, Mo., and Lillie Allen (Hollie) of Excelsior Springs, Mo.; granddaughters, Crystal Vickers, Osage Beach, Mo., Sumiko Butler, Fairfax, Va., and Mariko Butler, Washington, D.C.; and great-grandsons, Cooper Vickers and Brayden Vickers, Osage Beach, Mo. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Excelsior Springs. Arrangements are through Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs.
