Ann Downey
Ann R. Downey, 43, St. Joseph, Mo., died Saturday, July 16, 2011. Ms. Downey was born Jan. 16, 1968, the daughter of William and Mary Lou McGuire Jones. She worked as a nurse. She was preceded in death by her mother.
Survivors include: her father; her boyfriend, Lyonel Hardin; brothers, Jeffrey, Jeremy and Brent Green; sisters, Angie Misner and Marianne Fleer; and a half-sister, Jessica McGuire.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, July 21, at Union Baptist Church in Orrick; services will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Union Baptist Cemetery. Arrangements are through Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs.
