Betty Jean Wright
Betty Jean Wright, 87, Lawson, Mo., passed away February 19, 2015. Betty was born February 27, 1927 to Archie and Bethene Corum in Orrick, Mo.
She was a member of The Eastern Star.
She is was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Corum; daughter, Patricia Flanagan; and her first husband, George Clark.
She is survived by her husband, Alva Wright; daughter, Lana Knoebel; son, Terry and wife, Cheryl Wright; daughter, Cheryl and husband, Stephen Boos; nine grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2015 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery, Excelsior Springs, Mo.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions to Excelsior Springs Chapter 168 of the Eastern Star.
