Charles Alfred Carletti, Jr.
Charles “Chuck” Carletti, Jr., 88, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away September 6, 2016.
Chuck was born September 9, 1927 to Charles Sr. and Marie Carletti in Denver, Colo. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Chuck was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and former member of Knights of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Carletti.
He is survived by his children, Daniel and wife Kathy, Chris and wife Mitzi, Pat and wife Annie, and Pete and wife Wendy Carletti.
Memorial mass will held 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 30, 2016 at St. Ann Catholic Church, Excelsior Springs with inurnment following at Polley Cemetery, Wood Heights, Mo. The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude’s Hospital.
Arrangements are through Bross Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.
