Cecil Fowler
Cecil Eric Fowler, 56 years old, of Liberty, Mo., passed away in North Kansas City Hospital on Aug. 10, 2010. Born June 11, 1954. Cecil was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a retiree of Ford Motor Company and a UAW Local 249 member.
He was preceded in death by his parents, mother, Oreta Fowler, and stepfather, Robert Fowler. Cecil is survived by his wife, Rhonda P. Fowler; one daughter, Katrina Williams and husband, Dennis K. Williams; and his two sons, Jonathen M. Fowler and wife, Tanya Fowler, and Jacob P. Fowler. Cecil also had two adopted sons, John A. Upton and wife, Adrienne, and Bruce A. Cantwell Jr. Cecil is also survived by his six granddaughters, Amber, Ashly, Madison, Eva, Fifi and Laurencia; three grandsons, Tony, Thomas and Bruce A. Cantwell III; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by five brothers, James (wife Gail) Tustison, Daryl (wife Linda) Tustison, Mark (wife Samantha) Tustison, Mike Tustison and Robert (wife Carolyn) Tustison.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, with visitation starting at 1 p.m.
