Cheryl Marie (Pintar) Kaspzyk
Cheryl Marie Kaspzyk of Kansas City, Mo., passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Northcare Hospice house following her courageous battle with cancer.
Cheryl was born April 8, 1966 in Belleville, Ill., daughter of Mike and Martha Pintar. She married Robert Kaspzyk on August 29, 1992.
She is survived by her husband, and two sons, Cody and Matthew Kaspzyk; a brother, sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law.
Cheryl was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Geology. She was devoted to her family and church, with a passion for gardening and home hobbies.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, February 9, 2015 at St. James Catholic Church, with burial following at Resurrection North Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the church or one hour prior to services. The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the family for Matt’s scholarship fund, or TNBCfoundation.org (cancer research).
