Donald E. Trosper, 83, Holt, Mo., died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cameron, Mo. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16, at Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Kearney, with a visitation in the hour preceding.
