Eric Allen Ramer
Eric Allen Ramer, 48, of Liberty, Mo., passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013.
Eric was born January 16, 1965 to James and Jaqueline (Orr) Ramer in San Antonio, Texas. In college, Eric was a music major and last year went back to school to achieve his Associates in land surveying. During Eric's time as a music major, he was active in show choir. This is where he met June Pritzel. They were married on September 28, 1985 and were married for 28 years.
Eric was owner of Weiskirch & Parks Engineers, Inc. He was also a member of various professional organizations related to his business. Eric was also involved in many other activities. He was an Elder at Trinity Lutheran Church where he taught Sunday School and sang in the choir, Boy Scouts, and loved hunting and fishing.
Eric was preceded in death by four grandparents, and his brother, Robert Ramer.
Eric is survived by his parents; wife, June of the home; son, Eli; daughter, Emily (Daniel) Goodroad; sister, Susan Bledsoe and James and Sarah Ramar. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews, and numerous cousins.
Eric will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation for Eric will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Kearney, Mo. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at the church. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Kearney, Mo. Donations may be made to the Elevator Fund at Trinity Lutheran Church.
