Edmond Lewis Stone
Edmond Lewis Stone, 75, passed away November 24, at Pleasant Valley
Manor in Liberty, Mo. Mr. Stone was born August 14, 1937 in Platte
City, Mo., to Pete and Lucille (Carter) Stone. Mr. Stone graduated from
Liberty High School. He later worked for Finley Mason Garage, Jerry
Hayes Ford, and also worked as a cook for William Jewell College. Mr.
Stone spent many years working for Chuck Anderson Ford. Throughout his
years at Chuck Anderson Ford, Mr. Stone worked in various capacities
and was a valued employee.
Mr. Stone was preceded in death by his parents and brother.
Mr. Stone is survived by his wife of 41 years, Patricia Stone, of the
home; sons, Thomas Lewis Stone and Angelo "Iris" Stone; daughters, Lisa
Stone and Omar Parker, and Brenda Stone and Dale Parsons; sister, Kay
Gnatt; brother, Bill Winkfield; eight grandchildren and three great
grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday,
November, 28, 2012 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior
Springs, Mo.
