F. Daniel Conley
F. Daniel Conley, 96, Lawson, Mo., died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at his home.
Mr. Conley was born Nov. 14, 1914, in Liberty, the son of Everett Daniel and Evelena Conley. He was a farm manager for Shepherd Farms in Liberty, Pleasanton, Kan., and Plattsburg for many years. He moved to Lawson in 1993.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Conley and John Conley; and one sister, Anna Jeanette.
Survivors include his wife of 74 years, Betty L. Conley, Lawson; four children, June McCulley, Everett "Bud" Conley, Gladys "Pat" Harmon and Arlene McCorkle; one brother, W.L. Conley, Missouri City; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren with another on the way.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 24, at Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Kearney. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the funeral home, followed by burial in the Missouri City Cemetery in Missouri City.
