Juanita P. Gates
Juanita P. Gates passed away in the family home in Waldron, Mo., on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the age of 65.
Juanita is predeceased by her father, David Snyder; mother, Ruby Snyder; husband, Joseph Gates; sister, Alexis Lair; brothers, Charles (Bud) Snyder and J.W. Snyder; and grandson, Joey Handley.
She is survived by her five children, Paulette Kiff, Muree Handley, Mickee Byrd, J.W. Mather, Vickie Hickerson, and their spouses. She is lovingly remembered by a surviving sister, 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She enjoyed gardening, crafting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016, at Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney, Mo. Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. A reception will take place at the family residence following the service.
