Jeremy Stubbs
Jeremy Douglas Stubbs, 36, Lathrop, Mo., passed away December 4, 2012.
Jeremy was born October 1, 1976, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Gary
and Donetta Brownlee Stubbs. He was reared in Holt, Mo. He attended
Kearney High School. Jeremy was employed by Diamond International as a
diesel mechanic.
Jeremy was a true Cowboy. He enjoyed his horses, hunting and the
outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Donald and Nora
Brownlee, and his paternal grandfather, Bill Stubbs, and a brother,
Steven Stubbs.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda, and children, Kelsey Bailey, Cole
and Brody Stubbs of the home; father and step-mother, Gary and Cyndi
Stubbs, Lawson, Mo.; mother, Donetta Halsey, Hamilton, Mo.; brother,
Kevin Stubbs, Kearney, Mo.; sister, Amy Moote, Hamilton, Mo.;
step-sister, Layci Mahler, Kansas City, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Ola
Stubbs, Cleveland, Mo.; father and mother-in-law, Gary and Martha
Lawson; brother-in-laws, G.L. Lawson, Jamie Lawson and Derek Aldrich;
sister-in-laws, Melanie and Jill Lawson; as well as five nieces and
three nephews.
Funeral services
will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Fry-Bross & Spidle
Funeral Home, Kearney, Mo. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery,
Hamilton, Mo. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday,
December 7, 2012 at the funeral home.
