Keaton Dodd
Keaton William Dodd, 12, of Kearney, Mo., passed away January 4, 2012 at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
Keaton was born September 2, 1999 in Maryville, Mo. He was the son of Bill and Heidi Dodd. He was a member of both the First United Methodist Church in Kearney and the First Presbyterian Church in Maryville.
Keaton is survived by his parents, sister, Kali Jenna, and brother, Connor Dale, of the home; his grandparents, Karen and Donald Dodd, and Sherry Schonlau; his great grandmother, Jean Mills; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald K. Schonlau, and great-grandpa, Dale Mills.
Services will be held Saturday, January 7, at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of Kearney. Visitation will be Friday, January 6, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Kearney. Memorial contributions may be made in the family’s name to the Kearney Commercial Bank.
