Kyle Leavitt
Kyle J. Leavitt, 19, Excelsior Springs, Mo., died Monday, Aug. 1, 2011, at his home. Kyle was born Oct. 9, 1991, in Lexington, the son of Randy Leavitt and Misty Goetz. He enjoyed writing rap music and NASCAR.
Survivors include his parents; brother, Ryan Leavitt; grandmother, Barbara Harris; great-aunt, Brenda Berger; and uncle, Jeff Leavitt.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 4, at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 5, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Excelsior Springs.
