Laura Francis Moore
Laura Francis Moore, 97, of Kearney, Mo., passed away October 21, 2015.
Laura was born November 21, 1917 in Excelsior Springs, Mo., to William and Ada Pearl Woods Groom. Laura was a graduate of Excelsior Springs High School. She later married Claude Wesley Moore, who passed away in February 1973. Laura was also a member of First Baptist Church of Kearney.
Laura was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, David Rex Moore.
Survivors include her sons, Don Wesley and Claudia Moore, and Ray Allen Moore; sister-in-law; Judy Brundage; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Laura will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 26, 2015 at Fry-Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Kearney, Mo. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
